these times
I will be taking the rest of the summer off, most likely. With someone near and dear to me in the hospital these past weeks, I haven't had much computer time anyway.

And it's a bit too unsettling (even for me) that I can find "Little House" humor even in these times. Needing to drain fluid from the body? I find myself commenting that maybe "if we sing, more fluid will be produced." (By the Shores of Silver Lake, Chapters 10, 13). Putting said drainage tube in the nose? "Not in the left side; you might get kicked." (On the Banks of Plum Creek, Chapter 6).

Yes, I do think I need to take a break. And, please, no comments this time.
